Job Overview

This job is for the role of a travel claims handler working in a busy claims department.

Initially on a fixed-term contract there is a real opportunity for the job to lead into a permanent job.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting telephone based claim assessments using our scripted assessment tool.
  • Sending emails and letters to customers.
  • Assessing income emails and letters.
  • Pursuing recovery opportunities.
  • Authorising claim payments.
  • Answering customer telephone based queries.

Experience
  • 1+ years experience in travel claims handling.
Qualifications & Education
  • Bespoke software is used, so full training will be provided
  • GCSEs or similar in Maths and English (essential)
  • 4 GCSEs or similar equivalent (preferable)
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Hours of Work: 09:00 - 17:00
Number of Days Holiday: 20

  • Daily free shuttle runs to and from East Croydon (mainline) station.
